Refunds

Except for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, all sales are final and refunds are not offered.

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact store@kristophermiles.com immediately if an item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so the issue can be evaluated and made right.

Shipping

Physical orders currently ship within the United States by USPS Media Mail. In-stock books ship within 3 business days. Delivery to the continental United States is typically completed within 7 days of the ship date.

Purchased audiobooks are delivered as private downloads through the order confirmation page and email. Download links are limited to the purchaser and may not be redistributed.
