[Image unavailable: original image] Hey pones! Quick one this month as I’m still figuring things out. My usual start of the year is to catch up on existing obligations for the next six months, then use whatever time remains to come up with fun new projects to get done in the meantime. That’s what I’m up to now, getting words on the page for…

Hey pones! The holidays are here, with all their excitement and warmth. Every time I write another of these updates, I find myself amazed I’m still getting to write stories. Not as many as before as MLP continues to sunset, but enough to keep the journey entertaining for me. I’ll get into all the pony stuff first, then give a personal update and retrospective…

Another month everyone! Promise this one has no jokes either, just the monthly lowdown on what the scribe is starring. Or… whatever. There’s a scribe somewhere. Not a lot of change this month. Schedule’s pretty packed as you can probably tell, only one day of the week doesn’t have some new story going up. The biggest change is that Myths Like Us got an…

Pones of all ages, welcome welcome to another month! I’ve been incredibly busy this last month with all kinds of crazy stuff, but I’ll save that for the end so I can focus on the things people actually care about. First, you’ll notice only one new story this time–and in truth, it’s a new, old story. Diplomatic Solution is a story that used to…

Hey everyone, just wanted to pass the message on that the Through the Aurora hardcover print is just above done fundraising. We smashed our goal, and the book will still be made, though probably a little delayed given the global pandemic. It was another world when this project was released, it’s crazy thinking about how quickly everything changed. But if you’d still like in…

Hey pones, I just wanted to share some exciting news from the Message in a Bottle hardcover print run I’ve been focused on for the last few months. I thought everyone ought to know that the proof copy of the book has arrived from the publisher. The book is totally ready for printing at the end of the week. For those who weren’t part…

Hey, so someone suggested I ought to send out the all-call that I finished writing another story: Time of Death. I know there are those only interested in reading things once they’re marked complete, so in case that’s you… Time of Death is quite a bit different from what I normally write. But it’s finished now, and I think the concept worked out. If…

Okay, time to vent for a few minutes. So, imagine you spend a dozen hours or two crafting the next chapter to a story you really care about. Even if not very many people read it, you’re still super passionate. Then, disaster strikes. Your computer decides screw you and it corrupts the files. You spend another five hours and your not considerable talent with…

Hey pones! Another month has come, and another calendar is here. Let’s get into it. I’ll be brief with the pony things, because there aren’t a lot of updates to be had. Stories are continuing on, though New Way Home is nearing complete enough to make its transition to Fimfiction. Another month or few, and we’ll get it up here. Second String is scheduled…

Hello Pones! Pretty significant month for me, even if things on the schedule aren’t changing much. At the end of this month, I’ll be removing “Student” from my profile after far too long. I wouldn’t have been able to make it this far without the contributions of my patrons. I’d like to begin by offering my deep, personal thanks to my patrons your support,…
