Polaris Press, LLC collects information needed to operate this site and fulfill orders, including account details, names, billing and shipping addresses, email addresses, optional phone numbers, order contents, and support messages. Server logs may include IP address, browser information, requested pages, and timestamps.

The site uses cookies and browser storage for sign-in, carts, security, and the persistent Pony, Pokémon, and Original content preference.

How information is used and shared

Information is used to provide the site, process and fulfill orders, prevent fraud, provide support, and meet legal obligations. Order information may be shared with payment processors, postal and fulfillment providers, transactional email providers, and infrastructure operators only as needed to provide those services.

When live card payments are enabled, Stripe processes payment information. Polaris Press does not store complete payment card numbers on this site.

Retention and requests

Order and account information is retained for fulfillment, support, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, contact store@kristophermiles.com.
