Refunds

Except for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, all sales are final and refunds are not offered.

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact store@kristophermiles.com immediately if an item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so the issue can be evaluated and made right.

Shipping

In-stock books ship within 3 business days. United States orders may use USPS Media Mail or the listed economy option. Australia, Canada, and United Kingdom orders use the listed economy rates; other international destinations receive current USPS estimates at checkout. Delivery dates are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.

Purchased audiobooks are delivered as private downloads through the order confirmation page and email. Download links are limited to the purchaser and may not be redistributed.
